OMSAR produced an E-Government strategy document which provides an all encompassing strategy for the realization of a Lebanese E-Government initiative. The strategy document was submitted to the Ministerial ICT Committee and approved in December 2002. It has since then been sent to the Council of Ministers for the final endorsement.
