6. Contract description
This project comes as part of an initiative of the Contracting Authority to promote local municipal development and to finance the implementation of solid waste management projects in Lebanese municipalities to improve environmental conditions in their respective areas. This tender aims at supplying 1 target group (municipalities/groups of municipalities) with Containers, Solid Waste Collection Trucks and Pick Ups with Rear Tipper Bodies, in 2 different lots.

2 lots:
· Lot I: Supply of 5500 Containers of various sizes,
· Lot II: Supply of 8 Solid Waste Collection Trucks and Pick Ups with Rear Tipper Bodies,
